HOW TO REQUEST A CUSTOM AUDIO

I feel like I can't say this enough ... so here it goes again. You must be 18+ years of age to listen to my content or commission an audio from me. By contacting me to commission an audio, you agree that you are 18 years of age.

Please fill out a Custom Audio Request and let me know if the writer (or you, if you are the writer) would like to be credited on the project.*If you are not the writer, please send the contact info for your writer so that I can confirm they are aware their script is being used in this way, and that the project may be redistributed.🚫 IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A SCRIPT 🚫
1.) Don't worry, you can still start a conversation about comissioning an audio without a script in hand. I'll just need a few details first. Send me a brief description of your idea including any themes you want me to INCLUDE and EXCLUDE.2.) Once we've chatted about what you're looking for, you'll need to pay someone to write a script. I have a few very talented writers that I work with who are familiar with my voicing style and I would be happy to recommend someone to you. Their rates vary and I can provide you with contact information if you need it once we've discussed your idea.3.) Voicing will begin once payment has been settled with your writer.


**A maximum of 2 revisions can be made to the final audio, if required, provided revisions are minor in nature and not script changes. Revisions due to a change in script will be subject to additional fees. **

PRICING

All prices are in $USD + tax (13% hst) and include SFX (ambiance, wet sounds etc)

~PLEASE NOTE the final cost is determined based on the length of the completed audio once it is fully voiced and SFX are added. Any additional words added on a whim while I'm recording that are not in the script (with the exception of moaning and intimate sounds) will not count towards the final audio price. ~

EXTRAS

ex. using 3 different names would cost $30 - using one name multiple times is only $10. Your name will be edited out for my use.✳️ **Exclusive Use Audio: **+$100 (Flat fee)
An audio just for your personal use. You will not share or distribute this audio & I will not redistribute this to my other platforms.

LIMITS

🗓️ TIMELINES 🗓️You can expect to receive your completed audio 2-3 weeks after sending me your completed script. Delivery times may vary and occasionally you will receive your audio sooner than expected.


📦 DELIVERY OF YOUR FINAL AUDIO 📦Within 24 hours of receipt of payment, the audio file will be delivered via a file sharing service (ie. Google Drive, WeShare, Dropbox etc) so please download it as soon as possible. The link will expire 60 days after the delivery date.

RIGHTS & PRIVACY

I retain the full rights to audios that I make, no matter the use, commission, or otherwise. This means I have full legal ownership to post my audio when or how I would like. I retain all rights to the resulting audio including the distribution, reproduction, and sale of my audios in all forms. However, I will not post or share any audios that are intended to be private and have paid the Exclusive Use fee.I will not share information about my clients, ever. This includes your name, your email, your purchase details - nothing. Your privacy and comfort is incredibly important to me.I will never redistribute a project that is purchased for commercial use and there is an extra fee for this. Please email me the details of your commercial use project for a more precise quote

DISCLAIMER

I reserve the right to change any of these terms, including limits, rates, and add ons, at any given time prior to commencement, but not retroactively.You may not redistribute, share with others, or post without my written explicit authorization PRIOR to doing so even if you purchase an Exclusive Use file. Exclusive use is intended for personal use ONLY. Posted audios without my written explicit authorization will face legal action, including payment for legal fees, royalties, and back payment for license fees of $500+ $50.00 per minute of shared audio without my explicit written consent.By commissioning an audio from me, you agree to all the terms as outlined here
